Amazing location, great friendly staff, good food. Nice to have a swimming pool too.

the food was amazing

we had one staf member who tried to secretly sell us a tour instead of that offered by the lodge. he took us to an area behind the rocks where he would not be overheard. It seemed quite dodgy

the lodge is nicely located for a visit to Twijfelfontein. the reception, bar and restaurant are very nice and well cared for. breakfast and dinner are very good. buffet style The positive response stops there

Far too high a price for a room with air conditioning that is extremely loud. The air conditioning only works when you are in your room. So absolute cooling is impossible. the key for the air conditioning is attached to the key for the entrance and should be taken with you when you leave the room So do not go in the months of December, January or February Wifi is only available for a fee and even then at a very high price. (Better buy a month's subscription on arrival in Namibia - same price and valid for a month) The rooms are outdated. An 8 is even a (too) high score in my opinion

Great property in a great location Too bad that you have to pay extra for WiFi when you already paying a premium and the finishes are somewhat tired especially in the rooms

Awesome location! Located only minutes away from Twyfelfontein. The public areas were clean and well-maintained. The staffs were friendly and well-trained. Dinner and breakfast was good. We also really enjoyed the morning safari drive.

Our room was a bit run-down and not as clean. The AC was not working when we checked in. They had to send a mechanic to fix the AC for us.

I recommend to everyone to choose the villa. 90m2, perfectly decorated, own swimming pool with a beautiful view !

Despite the villa, the hotel was not amazing : Paid Wifi, Average Food Buffet. I still rate 9/10 because again, the villa is unique ! (even if the value for money could be better).

Nice location, close to Twyfelfontain

Our room was okay, bathroom stinky, the shower and the taps full of chalk. Stuff not friendly. The reception was not able to print an invoice for the payment. They asked me for proof of payment , but we booked on booking.com and payed in advance. On our way we had a problem with the car. The road is terrible. We phoned the Lodge at 13.05 .. They said, they will send help just now. 14.35 we phoned them a second time, they told us, the driver is on the way, but driving slowly because of the bad road. I called again 15.45, than they told us the driver left 50 minutes after our first call... At least, we were waiting for 2.45 hours. I have no problem to wait, but I‘m expecting proper information. In the 2.45 hours a lot of friendly people stopped and asked, if we need help. But we let them go expecting the help is coming soon, how they promised us. As the driver arrived, he had not even water with him... For a Lodge, you pay more than 3000.- Dollar it is really bad service. They think, they can afford it, because there is just one other lodge.. I was really disappointed!!!

AC wasn't working but they were fixing it. Couldn't get fuel due to electrify delivery problems but they were also upgrading that. Im sure everything is working for a future visit.
